Common topics
- Free vs Pantry Pro: Free includes meal logging plus up to 5 pantry items and recipe match scores. Pantry Pro unlocks an unlimited shelf, expiry dates, barcode add to pantry, and one-tap logging from pantry items.
- Pricing: Pantry Pro is a monthly subscription (price shown in the App Store purchase sheet, typically $9.99/month). Eligible new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial, then the monthly price. There is no yearly plan in the current build.
- Subscriptions: managed through your Apple ID, not by email to us
- Restore purchases: use “Restore purchases” in the app Settings on iOS
- Cancel subscription: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone
- Delete local data: Settings → Delete all app data, or uninstall the app / clear browser storage for the web preview
